Short version: this site sets essential authentication cookies only. There are no analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies, so no cookie consent banner is required.
Cookies we set
When you sign in, Supabase Auth sets session cookies (names beginning with sb-) that keep you signed in and let the server verify your identity on each request. They are strictly necessary for the portal to function.
A theme preference may be stored in your browser's local storage when you use the light/dark toggle in the app. Local storage is not sent to our servers.
What we do not use
No analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, and no fingerprinting. Product analytics for the signed-in portal may send page views and funnel events to PostHog in the EU using in-memory storage only (no PostHog cookies are set). Those events do not include document content, file names, or extracted field values.
Managing cookies
You can clear cookies in your browser settings at any time; doing so signs you out. Blocking essential cookies prevents sign-in from working.
